Experience: 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. 12 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience. 12 months of travel experience is required. 3 months of Epic experience is required. Requirements: Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Local & travel allowed. Candidates living 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Mass General Brigham Incorporated (Direct) - Main Program and no current placement allowed at Program: Mass General Brigham Incorporated (Direct) - Main Program.

Additional Details: Required Credentials: - Contingent/temp licensure is not accepted. Shift & Scheduling: - This role is a rotating shift. - Shift openings include 3 day/night rotators, 1 straight night, and 1 straight day. - Every other weekend and every other holiday availability required.
