Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - 2020 per week.

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Experience: 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. 2 years of Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit experience with any experience within the last 12 months. Travel experience is required. Experience with MEDHOST is preferred. 12 months of acute care experience. ADN completion required. Requirements: Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units Local & travel allowed. Candidates living COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - LifePoint Health. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: - Must be able to handle a 6 patient ratio. Preferred Skills/Experience: - At least 2 years RN experience preferred. - Preceptor experience is a plus. - Charge experience is a plus. Special Requests: - No block schedule requests. 48 hours per week may be considered but not guaranteed. Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric patient population. - Cares for total joint patients, surgical patients, ACS, and patients with acute on chronic medical conditions such as CHF and CKD, alcohol withdrawal, SIRS, and GIB.

- Uses Baxter IV pumps, Posey bed/chair alarms, Omnicell drug dispensing cabinets, and Zoll defibrillators. Shift & Scheduling: - 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule period. - No scheduled call, but scheduled shifts may be flexed to an on-call shift as needed twice during the contract.
