MEGASYS® offers specialized services in managing gases, chemicals and slurries, where our technicians and engineers provide critical on-site support in semiconductor manufacturing environments. Megasys Technicians will work with Engineers and Operations teams in a wafer fab cleanroom environment to ensure that existing semiconductor processing equipment is repaired and maintained in a timely manner.Responsibilities:Perform Safety Protocol check on all equipment before maintenance or service workAssist with equipment upgrade or installation projects as neededMaintain and improve equipment performance by providing timely repair and maintenance for critical products deliverablesFoster the adoption of continuous improvement as a way of life; creating a culture of executionHandle the task of installing and upgrading tools to ensure the control of cost and delivery of quality workConduct thorough troubleshooting of equipment problems and report detailed findingsAnalyze equipment malfunctions and failures and accordingly develop corrective actionsMaintain record of all equipment serviced, next due date, remarks for follow up, etc.Work safely with hazardous chemicals and materialsShift: This is a Night Shift position (12-hour compressed shifts, including weekends and holidays).Physical Attributes:Lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs.Working with toxic materials requiring the use of a respiratorCrouching, climbing a stepstool, reaching, twistingWho You Are:Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of experience in a semiconductor fab environmentPreferred Qualifications:Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or other Engineering or Technical disciplineVacuum experience with UHV on PVD and/or CVD systems as well as ALD ChambersAbility to debug systems with the help of schematics and manualsAbility to work without supervisionExcellent troubleshooting and analytical skillsFamiliarity with engineering drawings and the materials used for maintenanceMotivated, focused self-starter with high energyExcellent computer skillsBenefits with our team include:Comprehensive, paid, on the job training program that allows our employees to quickly learn critical technical skills to excel in this role and rapidly progress in their careers.Excellent benefits including a starting vacation allowance of 3 weeks, 6% 401k match programs and medical, dental and vision benefit coverage on day one of employment!Tuition assistance programRSREMDPay Range for this position: $30-$47/hourThe offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position.
