Consistently uncovers members' needs, offers appropriate solutions, and provides accurate resolution to members' inquiries and concerns.Major Duties and Responsibilities:Processes wide variety of financial transactions including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing. Uncovers existing and potential members’ needs and recommend solutions to improve their financial well-being using a sales through service consultative approach.
Conducts basic member service and loan functions such as consumer accounts, disputes, account maintenance and unsecured loans or transitions members to the appropriate next level teammate who can assist with more advanced products or services, such as collateralized loans or business accounts.Proactively educates members on emerging and existing self-serve technology and digital solutions such as mobile/online banking, bill pay, remote deposit capture and ITM services.Ensures appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.
