About the Role As our Member Services Manager , you will lead the delivery of high-quality pension administration services for more than 85,000 scheme members, ensuring services are accurate, timely and consistently delivered to a high standard.

You'll provide leadership to the Member Services Team, overseeing performance, workloads and resources to ensure statutory deadlines and the Fund's administration targets are met, while supporting the team to deliver an excellent service to members. Working as part of the Pension Services management team, you will act as a senior LGPS technical expert, translating complex regulations into effective operational practice and supporting the resolution of complex member cases and complaints.

You'll also play a key role in shaping and improving our service, leading administration projects, process reviews and service improvement initiatives. Working closely with employers, colleagues and stakeholders, you’ll help maintain high-quality services, improve processes and delivery better outcomes for members. About you We're looking for an experienced pensions professional with strong LGPS knowledge and a proven track record of leading and developing teams.

You'll be confident interpreting complex legislation, managing operational performance and building effective relationships with colleagues, employers and stakeholders. You'll also bring: Significant experience working in the LGPS or a similar pensions environment. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, support and develop others. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience leading service improvements and supporting teams through change. The ability to manage competing priorities, projects and demanding deadlines. Could this be you?
