Responsible, disciplined, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment. Willing to adapt to Japanese workplace culture and operational standards. Responsibilities: Operate and assist in metal press and stamping machine operations according to company procedures.
Load, position, and remove metal materials and finished products safely and efficiently. Inspect products to ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy are met. Monitor machine operations and report abnormalities or equipment issues immediately. Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of tools, machines, and work areas. Follow production schedules, technical instructions, and operational guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production and work areas. Follow workplace safety regulations and wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to achieve operational targets efficiently. Participate actively in technical and Japanese language training programs.
