Are you comfortable in an environment where a micron makes all the difference? Then this opportunity is made for you! Your mission As a Metrologist, you are the reference for measurement and control. Your role is essential to guarantee the conformity, quality and reliability of the manufactured products.
Responsibilities Define and optimise measurement methods. Manage and monitor the fleet of control instruments. Carry out calibrations and ensure their traceability. Program and operate 2D and 3D measurement equipment. Conduct MSA studies (R&R, capability). Analyse deviations and participate in resolving non-conformities. Support production, methods and quality teams on metrology topics. Actively participate in the continuous improvement of measurement processes.
Profile Training in microtechnology, precision mechanics, metrology or equivalent field. Proven experience in a demanding industrial environment. Proficiency in reading plans and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. Good knowledge of coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and optical systems. Comfortable with statistical tools and metrology software. Analytical mind, rigour and attention to detail.
