Marie, Michigan (Upper Peninsula) Setting: Outpatient-only or mix with inpatient (hospitalist) work optional Practice Type: Well-established primary care group near hospital Reason for Opening: Community need + upcoming retirements Start Date: As soon as available Practice & Schedule Schedule: Traditional M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Flexible options: 4-day workweek or modified schedule with hospitalist shifts Optional Inpatient Work: 7–8 days/month or one weekend/month as a hospitalist Call: Backup phone call only – no more than 5 days/month Support: Full hospital medicine team 3 clinic locations within 2 blocks of the hospital Clinical Scope Population: Adults and geriatrics Services: Preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care Full spectrum internal medicine Optional inpatient work for those interested Candidate Requirements MD or DO (U.S.
