Proactively managing cleaning stock, materials, and equipment to ensure efficiency. Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols, COSHH regulations, and Kindred's operational guidelines.
Cultivating strong, positive relationships with site contacts and colleagues. Successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Manual UK Driving License required., Previous cleaning or supervising experience. Holder of a valid UK driving license. Can reliably commute throughout working area. Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.
Complete tasks within a specified timeframe. An ability to communicate in English, although English as a first language is not a requirement., Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to follow cleaning schedules, site instructions, and company procedures. Previous experience in a cleaning role. Ability to travel between multiple sites as part of the role. Full UK driving licence.
Basic understanding of health and safety in a cleaning environment. Desired criteria First aid, manual handling, or health and safety training. Basic IT skills, including use of mobile apps, email, or digital reporting systems. Confidence dealing with client or site contact queries. Knowledge of COSHH procedures. Experience working across multiple sites.
