Responsibilities: Design, further development and optimisation of modern Microsoft 365 and cloud environments including standards and automations Planning and management of modern workplace projects as well as implementation of new workplace architectures, licences and functions Technical advice to customer support on complex issues as well as creation of solution concepts and documentation Administration and further development of existing ICT infrastructures including optimisation of processes not yet automated Occasional on-site customer deployments and technical support during implementations and projects Qualifications: Completed IT training or further education in the IT field or equivalent qualification; certifications such as MS-100, MS-101 or AZ-305 are advantageous Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, MEM/Intune, cloud architecture and Microsoft Defender Experience with Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, Windows and PowerShell Practical experience in IT project management , modern workplace as well as basic network technologies Very good German and good English skills , driving licence category B and willingness to travel occasionally Benefits: Flexible working hours Home office Numerous employee events Attractive training and development opportunities Interesting and varied tasks/projects Experienced and dynamic team Flat hierarchies ROCKEN Jobs: https://rocken.jobs Create profile: https://rocken.jobs/application/profil-erstellen/ Work location St.
