🩺 Role Overview Provide comprehensive care to patients across all life stages—from newborns to geriatrics—while working alongside a supportive team of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants. You’ll also play a key role in newborn care and deliveries , ensuring continuity of care from birth onward. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Deliver primary care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Perform in-office procedures and physical exams Attend deliveries and provide newborn assessments Participate in rotating call for pediatric/newborn care Collaborate with APPs and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation Support care quality initiatives and clinical programs Provide cross-coverage as needed ✅ Qualifications Required: MD or DO from an accredited program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active Montana medical license (or ability to obtain) NRP certification Preferred: 2+ years of clinical experience Strong clinical judgment and communication skills 💪 Physical Requirements Ability to assist patients (lifting up to 100 lbs) Routine light lifting (up to 10 lbs) Comfort working in clinical environments with standard exposures 💰 Compensation & Benefits 💵 Salary: $220,000 – $320,000 🎁 Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance 🎓 Student loan repayment program 🏥 Comprehensive health benefits 📚 CME allowance 🏖️ Generous PTO 🏡 Housing assistance available 🤝 Why Join This Practice?
