Mortgage Administrator Horsham £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) Full-time, office-based (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) If you have experience in any kind of mortgage administration experience and would love to work within a Mortgage Adviser team, as dedicated support, this could be a great next step. Role Details Supporting the mortgage and protection team with end-to-end case management.
Managing client cases through to completion, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, lenders and providers. Handling client queries and ensuring they are resolved efficiently and professionally. Assisting with more technical tasks such as research and suitability letter preparation (training provided). Working closely with advisers to ensure a smooth and high-quality client experience.
This is a hands-on role where you'll have real responsibility and the opportunity to develop your technical skills over time. Benefits / Details £30,000 - £40,000 salary depending on experience. 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 with service. Option to compress hours and finish early on a Friday.
