Responsibilities Develop referral contacts including realtors, builders, and professional contacts Manage the residential mortgage loan process from application to closing Complete Fannie Mae form 1003 and utilize LOMAS for loan transmission Collect applicant documentation and deliver loan packages within management timeframes Manage pipeline for originated loans and provide timely updates to branches and applicants Maintain high levels of customer service and adhere to bank risk policies Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (four-year college degree preferred) Knowledge of conventional and/or government lending guidelines Understanding of residential mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures Knowledge of federal lending regulations governing real estate lending S.A.F.E.
