Do you have experience within motor insurance claims? Looking for your next career move? This role could be for you! My client is looking for a Motor Claims Handler to join their growing team within the insurance sector. In this role, you will be responsible for handling motor claims from registration through to settlement, providing excellent customer service, coordinating surveys, processing recoveries, and ensuring claims are managed in line with company procedures and service standards.
You'll also support the assessment of more complex claims while maintaining accurate records and meeting key performance targets. Ideally, you will have previous experience within motor claims or general insurance, strong organisational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the confidence to manage your own workload effectively. Fluency in Maltese and English will be considered an asset.
