As MRI Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of our MRI services, working closely with Radiologists, Radiographers, and multidisciplinary teams. This role is perfect for someone looking to combine hands-on clinical expertise with leadership and service development in a supportive and progressive environment., To be responsible for the management and day-to day running of a designated specialised clinical service pertaining to the Trust.

To be responsible for the management and development of the specialist service area ensuring optimum use of staffing and equipment resources within the modality. To be responsible for the professional leadership of the radiography team providing a high quality patient focused service. To maintain a sensitive and courteous approach to patients. To develop and improve professional expertise via continuous professional development.

To ensure a safe working environment and maintenance of the radiographic equipment within the area. To rotate to other clinical areas when required dependent on skills offered. The remaining 15 hours per week will be undertaken in a band 7 clinical role, providing an excellent opportunity to combine clinical leadership with specialist hands on MRI practice.
