We are seeking an experienced NICU Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a high-acuity Level 4 NICU team in New York, NY . Responsibilities include: • Managing admissions, ongoing patient management, and discharge planning • Providing delivery room coverage and immediate postnatal care • Performing comprehensive assessments, procedures, and patient monitoring • Participating in case management and multidisciplinary care planning • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR • Collaborating with the NICU team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care ⏰ Schedule & Assignment Details: • Schedule Options: Days: 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM Nights: As per team coverage • FTE Coverage: 2 PT or 1 FT Days; 3 PT or 1.5 FT Nights • Initial Assignment: 13 weeks with high possibility to extend • Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days ⏳ ✅ Required Qualifications: • Licensed NP or PA in New York (Active NY State license required) • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Level 4 NICU • Must be COVID-19 and influenza vaccinated • Strong clinical skills in neonatal critical care • Experience with Epic EMR 🎯 What Makes You a Strong Fit: ✔️ Comfortable managing high-acuity neonatal patients ✔️ Skilled in admissions, procedures, and delivery room care ✔️ Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced NICU ✔️ Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and handoff practices 🌆 Why New York?
