🔍 Key Responsibilities ✔️ Manage NICU admissions and ongoing patient care ✔️ Provide delivery room coverage and neonatal resuscitation ✔️ Coordinate care through discharge ✔️ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams ✔️ Ensure accurate documentation in Epic ✅ Requirements ✔️ Active New York Medical License ✔️ Minimum 2 years of recent Level IV NICU experience ✔️ Board Certified/Eligible ✔️ COVID & Flu vaccination required
