As Night Club Bar Tender, you will be working within our Nightclub One More. You’ll be responsible for serving drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring our bars run smoothly at all times. You’ll be at the heart of the action, mixing up seasonal cocktails, pouring pints, and delivering the outstanding service that the Scotsman Group is known for. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellentcustomer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
Servealcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with licensing laws and company standards. Mix and servea range of cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks. Engage withguests, answer questions, and provide recommendations on drinks. Managethe bar area, ensuring it remains clean, well-stocked, and organised. Handlecash and card payments accurately. Assist withthe setup and breakdown of the bar before and after shifts.
Work efficientlyduring busy periods, especially on key dates. Requirements: Previous experiencein a bar or hospitality role is preferred but not essential. Excellentcustomer service and communication skills. A friendly, approachable attitude with a passion for making customers feel special. Ability towork in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and key festive dates (including Christmas and New Year) Please note the Nightclub is only open Thursday – Saturday 11pm – 3am.
