Nocturnist Opportunity – $332.8K Base + $40K Bonus + Relocation | Night Shifts | New York

We’re seeking a committed Nocturnist to join a stable and supportive hospital medicine team in New York. What You’ll Do: Deliver overnight inpatient care on a 7-on/7-off, 12-hour schedule (7 PM–7 AM) Average census of 15–18 patients per physician per shift Support rapid responses and codes (ICU team handles ICU patients) Collaborate with experienced APPs and a hospitalist team in a closed ICU setting Focus entirely on clinical care — no procedures required Thrive in a collegial atmosphere where new ideas and teamwork drive success Who You Are: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Licensed or willing to obtain a New York State license and DEA registration New grads (2025) and experienced physicians are welcome Clean malpractice and licensing history highly preferred Open to H-1B visa candidates (J-1 not accepted) Not accepting locum tenens or local applicants within 30 miles of the facility What You’ll Receive: Base salary of $332,800 , with additional starting bonus up to $40,000 Relocation reimbursement based on distance (contract-based submission of receipts) Full suite of benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Paid malpractice with tail coverage included Generous CME allowance and paid time off Retirement plan with employer match Work with one of the region’s most respected hospital systems backed by strong infrastructure and long-term stability
