The role is accountable to the Radiology Centre Manager and will support with developing and delivering the strategy for Radiology services which integrates into the overarching Clinical Support Services Divisional Strategy. The post holder will provide professional leadership for professional staff across Inpatients and Outpatients ensuring staff are supported and empowered, facilitated to develop their knowledge and skills, and that they abide by their Professional Code of Conduct and Healthcare Professions Council regulations.

The post holder is responsible for providing professional leadership and for providing professional advice and recommendations to the Trust and key external agencies., The successful candidate will work with other centres to deliver the Trust's overall strategic objectives, ensuring that the patient experience is a key priority., The well-being of our staff is of the upmost importance to us. This will be completed in conjunction with the latest guidance from Public Health England in relation to Covid-19.
