This practice specializes in the care of patients with a variety of benign hematologic diagnoses. This team has a demonstrated history of providing exquisite, evidence-based patient care. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to work in this invigorating and collaborative environment. The inpatient hematology APP will provide direct patient care to patients admitted to the hospital with benign hematologic conditions.

With an interdisciplinary team approach, this provider will promote a collaborative relationship between providers, professional nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure continuity of patient care in the management of their disease and related issues as well as to develop expertise in these fields. Within this role, the advanced practice provider will be responsible for a panel of patients. Other responsibilities include caring for patients throughout their continuum of care and fostering collaboration with other professionals within the hospital and clinics to facilitate patient care.

Ideal Candidate will have:• 2 Years Advanced Practice experience preferred• Prior hematology experience preferred. Proficiency with Epic and EMRs preferred.
