Quick Facts Location: 810 12th Street, Hood River, OR 97031 Start Date: 08/29/2026 End Date: Ongoing / Flexible duration Shift: Wednesday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (including lunch) Hours per week: 24 hours (3 days/week) Employment Type: Contract / Locum License/Certs: Active Oregon license, DEA, BLS & ACLS Experience: 2+ years in outpatient cardiac care or cardiology APP Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team throughout your assignment What You’ll Do Provide outpatient follow-up and supervision for cardiac testing procedures Sign off on cardiac device checks and interpret EKGs Supervise and coordinate in-office stress tests, echo, and nuclear exercise stress tests Collaborate with the cardiology team in a clinical environment Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters and test results Ensure compliance with facility protocols and safety standards Serve as a key part of a multidisciplinary cardiac care team What You Need Required: Current Oregon Nurse Practitioner License DEA certification BLS & ACLS certifications 2+ years of outpatient cardiology experience or equivalent training Ability to supervise cardiac testing and interpret diagnostic results Preferred: Experience with cardiac device management Strong communication skills and team collaboration abilities About the Assignment Join a reputable facility in Hood River, OR, renowned for its community-focused care and scenic location.
