Quick Facts: Location: Worcester, MA Start Date: 06/19/2026 End Date/Duration: To be discussed upon application Shift: Onsite, 7 PM – 7 AM (weekday), 7 AM – 7 PM (weekends) Hours/week: Full-time (hours per week to be confirmed) Employment Type: Contract/Temporary Licenses/Certifications: RN, APRN, NP license in MA (or eligible) Experience: At least 2 years in Neonatology or Critical Care/NICU Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws What You’ll Do: Provide specialized neonatal and NICU patient care alongside a multidisciplinary team Manage patient assessments, treatment plans, and medication administration Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes Document all clinical activities accurately in compliance with hospital protocols Participate in on-call rotations and weekend coverage Maintain current certifications and adhere to healthcare standards What You Need: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Neonatology or Critical Care/Intensive Care Strong clinical skills in neonatal patient management Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and organizational skills About the Assignment: This is a full-time, onsite coverage role at a leading facility in Worcester, Massachusetts, designed for experienced NICU or critical care Nurse Practitioners.
