Nurse Practitioner (NP) Outpatient – Earlimart

Adventist Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Rural Health Clinic in Earlimart, California. This opportunity offers the chance to provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population while working alongside a collaborative team dedicated to delivering whole-person care in an underserved community. Position Highlights Full-time outpatient practice Monday through Friday schedule Rural Health Clinic setting Collaborative team environment with physician support Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package Responsibilities Provide primary care services including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions Perform routine physical examinations and preventive health screenings Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and procedures Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with scope of practice Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment plans Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the electronic medical record Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current California Nurse Practitioner license National Nurse Practitioner Certification Current DEA certification or ability to obtain BLS certification required Prior primary care or family practice experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Wage Scale: $132,3884 - $198,577 Salary based on experience.
