Nurse Practitioner, Per Diem – Lemoore Adventist Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Rural Health Clinic team in Lemoore, California. This per diem opportunity provides the flexibility to support a growing primary care practice while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse patient population. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient rural health clinic setting • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions • Conduct physical examinations and preventive health screenings • Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and laboratory results • Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans • Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, and management of chronic conditions • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record Schedule Options Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance: Per diem, as-needed coverage Day and night shift options available Adventist Health Offers a Competitive Compensation Package That Includes: Wage Scale: Hourly Candidate Requirements • Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program • Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Nurse Practitioner in a related specialty • Active California NP license (or eligibility) • DEA registration or ability to obtain • Current BLS certification • Primary care, family medicine, or rural health experience preferred • Bilingual skills (Spanish or Punjabi) are a plus, but not required Why Lemoore?
