Quick Facts Location: 780 Swift Boulevard, Richland, WA 99352 Start Date: 08/04/2026 Duration: Ongoing Long-term Coverage Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM) Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-Time Licenses/Certs: Active Washington State license; DEA required Experience: Outpatient Urology and surgical first assisting experience required Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (competitive hourly rate based on experience) Benefits: Competitive Pay Packages Weekly Pay Schedule via Direct Deposit Comprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2) Robust Referral Bonus Program Licensure, Certification, Travel, and Other Reimbursements when applicable Paid Sick Time in accordance with applicable laws 24/7 Dedicated Team committed to your success with VHS What You’ll Do Provide outpatient urology care in a clinic setting Assist in surgical procedures at least one day per week Support inpatient and outpatient services as a first assist Participate in call coverage, including overnight and weekend hours Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team Ensure compliance with all state and federal licensing and certification requirements What You Need Required: Valid Washington State license DEA certification Outpatient urology experience Surgical first assisting experience Preferred: Prior experience in inpatient and outpatient settings Strong teamwork and communication skills About the Assignment This opportunity is with a leading facility in Richland, WA, dedicated to providing exceptional urology care in both outpatient clinics and inpatient surgical settings.
