Position Overview An established, high-volume women’s health practice is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to join a large, well-integrated clinical team in El Paso, Texas. This is an opportunity to join one of the most established OB/GYN groups in the region, offering strong subspecialty support, protected call structure, and excellent work-life balance in a high-demand market.

Practice Environment This is a mature, physician-led group consisting of: 19 OB/GYN physicians 3 Urogynecology subspecialists 3 advanced practice providers The practice includes a fully integrated OB Hospitalist program that manages triage and emergency department OB coverage, allowing physicians to focus on their own patient panels without unassigned ER call responsibilities.
