Quick Facts Location: 1808 West Main Street, Russellville, AR 72801 Start Date: 01/01/2026 Duration: Ongoing/As agreed Shift: Clinic 4 days/week, 8 am – 4 pm, 1:4 call rotation; weekends Friday 8 am – Monday 8 am Hours/Week: Approximately 32 hours + call coverage Employment Type: Contract/Per Diem Licensure/Certifications: Current AR NP license, PALS, fetal monitoring certification, Quality Letter (for IMLC providers) Experience: Prior OB/GYN outpatient or clinic experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (note: pay details discussed upon application) Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time, in accordance with applicable laws Travel, licensure, certification, and other reimbursement when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support to ensure your success throughout assignment What You’ll Do Provide outpatient OB/GYN clinic care, supporting routine exams, screenings, and patient consultations Assist with overnight and weekend call coverage, managing urgent OB/GYN cases Use in-house lab and ultrasound services to support patient care Conduct non-stress tests (NST) on site for fetal monitoring Document patient visits and coordinate follow-up care Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes What You Need Required: Current Arkansas NP license PALS certification Fetal monitoring certification Quality letter (for IMLC providers) At least 2 years of OB/GYN outpatient or primary care experience Preferred: Experience with clinic-based OB/GYN practice Ability to handle fast-paced outpatient environment About the Assignment Join a friendly and professional team at a leading facility in Russellville, Arkansas, offering a dynamic outpatient OB/GYN environment with flexible scheduling, supportive colleagues, and excellent resources.
