Quick Facts Location: Janesville, WI (3400 East Racine Street) Start Date: 11/02/2026 End Date: 05/03/2027 Shift: 24-hour day shifts (07:00–07:00), combination of weekdays and weekends (preference for weekends: Fri–Sun) Hours/week: Approximately 21 shifts per month Employment Type: Contract/Locum Licenses/Certs: MD/DO, Board Certified, IMLC accepted, BLS, ACLS, NRP Experience: 1-2 years preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $2,535.00/hour Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time as per law Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do Provide routine labor management, including vaginal deliveries and C-sections Support postpartum rounding and emergency gynecologic consults Support staff: Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) Manage approximately 500-600 births annually Use EPIC EMR system for documentation Support transfer of less than 36-week pregnancies when necessary Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a hospital-based OB-GYN department Handle limited high-risk obstetrics cases, with epidural management upon call What You Need Active medical license (IMLC accepted) Board certification in OB-GYN BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications 1-2 years of obstetrics experience preferred Ability to support services at multiple locations in WI (Janesville, Monroe, Baraboo, Madison) About the Assignment This position is based at a hospital in Janesville, WI, a leading facility providing high-quality obstetric care.
