Responsibilities Evaluate and treat residents in an assisted living community and or Home visits Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply Job Type: PRN PRN therapists work on an as-needed basis, choosing the assignments they wish to accept.
