Paragon Corporate Enterprises is an indigenous company located in Rivers State operating in the FMCG and the hospitality industry. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Operation Manager Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day functions across sales, leasing, property management, and administration. Financial Management: Prepare operating and capital budgets, track cash flow, and ensure profitability targets or Net Operating Income (NOI) are met.

Strategic Planning: Develop business plans based on market trends and client investment objectives. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor staff and department heads to optimize workplace performance. Stakeholder Relations: Build strong communication links with property owners, tenants, vendors, and legal authorities. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all properties and transactions follow local real estate laws and industry standards Requirements Interested candidates should possess an HND, Master's Degree or B.Sc with 10 - 20 years working experience.
