Operations CoordinatorLocation: Woodland, CAJob Type: Full-Time | Direct HireSchedule: Monday-Friday (Overtime Frequently Required)Salary: $52,000Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day activities of their Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing data, coordinating multiple priorities, and ensuring projects stay on track in a fast-paced environment.The Operations Coordinator serves as a key point of support between field operations, project teams, and internal systems by maintaining accurate records, managing ticket workflows, and ensuring timely updates across multiple platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter completed work into internal tracking systems accurately and on timeProcess new work assignments and maintain up-to-date project informationManage and update operational trackers to ensure data integrityComplete Preventative Maintenance (PM) closeouts according to company proceduresClose out TMO tickets and confirm all required documentation is completeUpdate active tickets and communicate status changes as directed by leadershipMaintain accurate job details and progress updates within GentracEnsure OneLink data is current, including project milestones, ticket statuses, and asset trackingReview and process closeout mailbox items within established timelinesMaintain compliance by updating INC tickets within required deadlinesWork closely with Operations leadership and team members to ensure real-time project visibilityIdentify and communicate discrepancies, delays, or system issues proactivelyQualificationsExperience in operations coordination, project coordination, administrative support, dispatching, or a related fieldStrong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelExperience with work order, ticketing, CRM, or project management systems is highly preferredAbility to work independently and take initiative when resolving issuesWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.You are proactive and dependable.You enjoy creating order from complex information.You take pride in accuracy and follow-through.You work well with both field and office teams.Additional InformationFull-time, on-site position in Woodland, CAOvertime is frequently required based on business and project demandsOpportunity to join a growing organization with long-term career potentialCollaborative team environment with meaningful impact on daily operationsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
