Location: Tolgus, RedruthHours: 45 hours per week on a shift rota basis. There will also be a requirement to join an on call rota. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. As an Operative, you'll be working within the South West Water team, supporting them in working on schemes including mains repairs, new connections, and metering, all within a team that values comradery and collaboration.

As an Operative, you'll be working within the Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks - South West Water team, supporting them in working on schemes including mains repairs, new connections, and metering.
Your day to day will include: -Undertaking planned or reactive work as directed from water services to large diameter mains -Ensuring levels of productivity working within timescales and to targets -Updating all relevant documentation on each job using a tablet -Being part of a rapid response team that works around the clock to deliver and restore clean water -Promoting wellbeing and ensuring an inclusive workplace where diversity is actively encouraged Previous experience in highways or utilities.
-Hold a Full driving licence -A CSCS card, EUSR Water Hygiene, or NRSWA certification (however training can be provided) -The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results Making Kier a diverse and inclusive place to work is a huge priority for us.
