Orthopedic Surgeon – Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Replacement

Total Compensation: $330k-$450k An established physician-led orthopedic practice in Central New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty to join its growing surgical team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a surgeon looking to build a busy hip and knee replacement practice while collaborating with experienced orthopedic specialists, advanced practice providers, and rehabilitation professionals in a highly supportive environment.

With an established patient base, robust referral network, and immediate case volume, you'll have the resources to grow your practice quickly while delivering exceptional musculoskeletal care. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat patients with degenerative joint disease and other hip and knee disorders. Perform primary and revision total hip and knee replacement procedures. Develop individualized treatment plans using both operative and non-operative approaches.

Collaborate with orthopedic colleagues, physical therapists, and advanced practice providers to optimize patient outcomes. Utilize on-site diagnostic imaging and rehabilitation services to coordinate seamless patient care. Educate patients on treatment options, surgical expectations, and recovery planning. Qualifications MD or DO degree. Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction or Total Joint Arthroplasty.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery. Eligible for medical licensure in New Jersey. Strong surgical expertise with a commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
