40 hours Employment Type: Contract License/Certifications: PA license or IMLC, DEA, ACLS Experience: Minimum 1 year Project Start: Immediate and ongoing opportunities Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $332.58 Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time as per applicable laws Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do Provide specialized ENT outpatient and surgical care supporting a busy clinic and OR environment Manage general ENT procedures including parathyroid and cochlear Baha as preferred Collaborate with medical assistants and clinical support staff Support a diverse patient age range across outpatient and hospital settings Perform clinic assessments, surgeries, and extended procedures Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient management Contribute to patient care plans and interdisciplinary coordination What You Need Required: PA medical license or IMLC DEA license ACLS certification Board Certification or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology Minimum 1-year relevant experience Preferred: Experience with parathyroid and cochlear Baha procedures Comfort with complex ENT cases and outpatient surgeries About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare facility in Ephrata, PA, known for delivering exceptional otolaryngology services across outpatient and surgical settings.
