Quick Facts Location: 825 Delbon Avenue, Turlock, CA 95382 Start Date: 08/05/2026 End Date: 08/10/2026 Shift: Friday-Sunday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Hours/Week: 40 hours (plus on-call shifts) Employment Type: Short-term assignment Licensing/Certifications: Active California license, ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS Experience: Minimum 50 cases logged in the past 24 months Travel & Lodging: Provided, including corporate rate options Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (discussed upon application) Pay Schedule: Weekly via direct deposit Benefits: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time (per applicable laws) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide specialized ENT care for adult patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings Manage a mix of consultations, clinics, and be available for emergency calls Participate in on-call duties from Friday to Sunday, with response times within 15–20 minutes Document patient encounters using Athena or Cerner EMR systems Support hospital admissions when required Collaborate with support staff including RNs, MAs, and office staff Uphold hospital standards for stroke and trauma certification What You Need Required: Active California medical license (no IMLC accepted) Board Certification in Otolaryngology Minimum of 50 case logs in the past 24 months Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS Preferred: Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings Ability to work full schedule and respond promptly during call shifts About the Assignment Join a well-established hospital with 209 beds in Turlock, California, offering a fast-paced environment committed to quality patient care.
