We are hiring an Outbound Operations Leader for a growing retailer’s distribution operation in the Atlanta area. This is a leadership role for someone who develops strong supervisors, builds the next generation of leaders, and keeps shipping safe, accurate, and productive.
What you’ll own Lead outbound operations — safety, accuracy, and productivity Develop and coach supervisors, building a pipeline of future leaders Own budgets, hiring, and team performance Drive improvements that make daily work run better What you bring 7+ years in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment operations A degree or equivalent relevant background Lean experience is a plus Open to relocation and flexible across shifts If building people and improving operations is your thing, this is worth a conversation.
