THIS POST IS OPEN TO INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY This role is offered on a fixed term/secondment basis for 6 months. The hours are part-time, 22.5 hours per week. We are looking to appoint, a motivated and enthusiastic Band 7 Outpatient Manager with leadership and management experience. Previous outpatient experience desirable. The successful candidate will coordinate the day-to-day operational management of the Outpatient Departments, be expected to work in line with the Trust values and policies where professionalism and confidentiality are always maintained.
You will be responsible for managing your team across three sites, responding to the demands of the service and ensuring the smooth running of the department. Alongside overseeing clinical developments, you'll play a key role in inspiring and motivating staff to deliver exceptional standards of care, while mentoring new colleagues and supporting the professional growth of the wider team. The successful candidate will be confident, proactive and forward-thinking.

This high-level overview shows we are in a healthy position, with higher scores than average for comparable organisations, alongside a great response rate, indicating good staff engagement. However, we also know we have plenty of room for improvement in many areas.
