We welcome you to join our team of caring, passionate and motivated individuals as an Outreach Family Partner. Acenda's expert team helps each individual, family and community move forward in their journey towards health and happiness.Job Overview: The Outreach Family Partner will create and facilitate family friendly events and programs to serve the follow areas in Salem County (but not limited to): Pennsville, Alloway, Elmer, and Woodstown.
The ideal candidate for this role would be energetic, pleasant, enjoys meeting new people, likes to work with children and families.Key Responsibilities:Incorporates and implements the Principles of Family Support and the Protective Factors into all aspects of their work.Advocates for/with families as needed; increases the family's ability to problem-solve and advocate for themselves and their children.Establishes a trusting relationship with the families.
