Physician Assistant – Los Angeles, CA A great opportunity is available for a Full-Time Physician Assistant to join a growing healthcare team serving diverse communities throughout East Los Angeles . This direct-hire, on-site position offers a competitive $140,000–$160,000 annual salary and provides an opportunity to deliver comprehensive primary and preventive care across clinic locations and a Mobile Health Unit.

Perform physical examinations and develop treatment plans. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging. Provide preventive care and chronic disease management. Treat patients across the lifespan. Provide SUD treatment and MAT services as appropriate. Prescribe medications within scope of practice. Coordinate specialty, behavioral health, and community referrals. Provide patient education and counseling.

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams. Support care coordination, quality improvement, and community health initiatives. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coding. Provide coverage across ELA clinic locations and the Mobile Health Unit. Candidate Qualifications: Physician Assistant with appropriate California practice credentials. Primary care experience preferred.

MAT/SUD experience strongly preferred. Experience caring for both pediatric and adult patients. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred.
