You’ll be: 	 Performing quality checks and ensuring correct counts on various product sizes, packing into the appropriate packaging 	 Feeding materials into machines and making minor adjustments to minimize interruptions and ensure quality products 	 Replacing adhesive tape in hand tapers and automatic sealing machinery 	 Ensuring all finished goods and in-progress items are clearly labeled and correctly positioned 	 Stacking finished products in proper configuration, ready for transportation 	 Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area 	 Promptly informing supervisors of any health, safety, hygiene, quality, or efficiency issues 	 Following all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations This job might be an outstanding fit if you: 	 Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required) 	 Bring at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (highly preferred) 	 Work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with others 	 Are able to follow standard work instructions accurately and consistently 	 Are committed to workplace safety and quality standards What happens next Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
