To Apply for this Job Click Here Job ID: 884620 Malone Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Packing Team Member for a global manufacturer and supplier of powder, resin, and anchoring solutions in Georgetown, KY. Packing Team Member Benefits: Compensation: $17.00/hour Position Type: Temporary position Schedule: First shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Third shift: Sunday – Thursday, 6:30 PM – 5:00 AM Overtime: Required as needed Location: Georgetown, KY Additional details: Weekly pay and benefits available Packing Team Member Duties: * Package finished products according to company specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements * Inspect finished products and packaging for defects, damage, or inconsistencies before preparing them for shipment * Accurately label, seal, and prepare packaged products for shipping and distribution * Verify product quantities, labels, lot numbers, and other required information to ensure order accuracy * Assemble boxes, containers, packaging materials, and other supplies needed for daily production * Stack, palletize, wrap, and stage finished products in designated areas for shipment * Lift, carry, and move products and materials up to 45 lbs while following proper safety and ergonomic practices * Maintain an efficient work pace to meet daily production and packaging goals * Monitor packaging materials and notify supervisors when additional supplies are needed * Perform basic quality checks throughout the packing process and report damaged or nonconforming products * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing area in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards * Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to workplace guidelines * Accurately complete basic packing, production, and shipping documentation as required * Communicate effectively with supervisors, production employees, and other team members to ensure production deadlines are met * Support production and warehouse operations by assisting in other areas as needed Packing Team Member Skill & Education Requirements: * High School Diploma or GED * Previous packing, packaging, production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred but not required * Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions * Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet established productivity expectations * Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check * Must have proper PPE available, including steel-toe shoes * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift * Ability to lift and move materials up to 45 lbs * Ability to meet the physical demands of the position * Ability to meet attendance requirements and maintain reliable, consistent attendance * Ability to work required overtime as needed Job Type: Full-time, hourly Malone Workforce is an Equal Opportunity Employer 2000028 To Apply for this Job Click Here
