Watch our video to see our team build top-of-the-line compact track loaders. 1st Shift: 6:00am - 2pm2nd Shift: 2pm - 10pm3rd Shift: 10am - 6amPay $20.20 (+8% Shift Premium for 3rd Shift)JOB PURPOSE:Under general supervision, performs the material handling and warehouse functions required in receiving, processing, storing, moving, and shipping of prime product for the Paint Department.JOB DUTIES:Operates various types of caterpillar product SSL/MTL/CTL/MHEPerform material handling and warehousing functionsMoves and stores prime product from production line to storageAbility to safely move prime product after completing basic inspection to distribution center Must be able to work in a highly structured environment, strictly adhering to provided standard work instructionAbility to follow and understand source documents to verify serial numbers and shipping documentsAbility to train others in Standard WorkFollows and utilizes CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work Keeps work area in a clean and orderly conditionAbility to safely move prime product in to confined areas and secure for transportationSand and prep machines for paint repairMask machines for paint repairPhysical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):Must be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutesMust be able to work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floorMust be able to work in tight spacesMust be able to work in an environment with frequently changing temperaturesMust be able to walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutesBasic Qualifications:Possess a valid driver licenseTop candidates will also have:Caterpillar product knowledge SSL/MTL/CTL/MHEAt least 6 months of experience truck loading and securementSome experience operating heavy machinery preferably SSL/CTL/MTLAdditional Information: Resumes are highly encouraged for all applicants.No relocation benefits are available.Employee Benefit Details:Our goal at Caterpillar is for you to have a rewarding career.
