Established law firm is currently hiring a Probate Paralegal. The position is a permanent role within the law firm and will offer a very generous benefits package. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, etc. The Probate Paralegal will work with an experienced Attorney in the Probate, Trust and Estates department. Duties will include overseeing probate files from open to close. This includes assisting with intake, preparing agreements, as well as preparing legal documents that include pleadings, petitions, motions, etc.
Drafting probate, trust administration documents as well as estate planning documents and assets and beneficiary. This is not an entry level position. Individuals must have prior probate trust and estate experience Individuals with an overall knowledge of real estate and fiduciary accounting experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
