Experience with Customer Service. Experience working in law enforcement agency, law firm, fire service industry, or government investigative agency. Special consideration may be given to eligible candidates who have bilingual verbal and written skills that meet a critical need of the agency’s mission. Minimum Qualifications for this position include the following REQUIRED ENTRY LEVEL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of general office procedures and practices Knowledge of correct grammar usage Knowledge of basic arithmetic Ability to prepare reports and correspondence Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work activities Ability to develop and implement office procedures Ability to follow instructions Ability to review data for accuracy and completeness Ability to communicate effectively Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others Ability and skills to effectively work in Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, and Outlook Candidate Profile (application) must be completed in its entirety.
