Payroll Manager- Burlington, ON We’re currently recruiting for a Contract Payroll Manager role with a leading organization in Burlington. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day payroll operations Lead and support a small payroll team Manage payroll compliance, reconciliations, and reporting Oversee T4/T4A, statutory remittances, and year-end processes Work closely with HR, Finance, and Time & Attendance teams Identify and implement payroll process improvements Requirements: 5+ years of payroll management experience Experience with large unionized and non-unionized payrolls Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation ADP or UKG experience preferred CPM certification preferred Location: Burlington, ON Type: Full-time, contract Interested or know someone who may be a good fit?
