Our client, a well-established company within the Hospitality Industry, is looking to recruit a Payroll Officer to join their growing team. This will be a standalone payroll position, forming part of the Human Resources team and taking ownership of the company’s payroll processes. Responsibilities: Handling the monthly payroll processes and reconciliations Managing the statutory returns including FS3, FS5 and FS7 submissions Handling payroll, labour cost and workforce reports Ensuring compliance with Maltese payroll, tax, and social security requirements Supporting the head of departments with payroll and labour data analysis Managing accurate records Supporting HR with projects, initiatives and company events when needed
