PCN Manager & Digital Transformation Lead

Kendal Primary Care Network is looking for an ambitious, forward-thinking and experienced Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across our established and collaborative PCN., This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager who wants to make a tangible difference to the way primary care services are delivered across Kendal. Working closely with our Clinical Director, three Practice Managers and the Delivery Group, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the PCN, leading transformation and ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality, sustainable services for our local population., The post holder will provide day-to-day operational leadership of the PCN, translating strategic priorities into effective delivery and ensuring that agreed programmes of work are progressed and delivered.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on programme delivery. You will need to be equally comfortable leading change, analysing data, managing budgets, developing the workforce and building strong relationships across the health and care system. This is a role with genuine autonomy and influence. You will have the opportunity to shape the development of the PCN, identify new opportunities, support innovation and make a measurable difference to services for patients and practices., The Manager will work closely with the Clinical Director, Practice Managers, Delivery Group, PCN team and wider system partners to deliver our strategic priorities.

We are an established and successful PCN with a strong collaborative approach and an ambition to continue developing how services are delivered across our practices and wider neighbourhood. Kendal Primary Care Network brings together three member practices to work collaboratively to improve the quality, accessibility and sustainability of primary care services for our local population.
