In this role, you’ll support preventive care, assess and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions, promote healthy growth and development, and work closely with families and caregivers to create clear, effective care plans. This role is ideal for a provider who values strong communication, collaborative teamwork, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a close-knit community.

Patient Care & Treatment Provide excellent and comprehensive outpatient pediatric care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults Conduct well-child visits, sick visits, developmental screenings, and preventive health assessments Develop and communicate effective treatment plans with patients and their parents or caregivers Update patient information and medical records with the latest findings, treatments, immunization records, and care plans in the hospital’s electronic medical records Manage services in accordance with established clinic policies and procedures Order tests for healthcare staff to administer, and review and interpret test results Provide guidance to families on preventive care, nutrition, immunizations, growth and development, safety, and overall wellness Maintain a reasonable patient load Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver patient-focused pediatric care and contribute to the overall well-being of patients and families.

You’ll work with an assistant, and scribe service or AI scribe to better manage your administrative workload. This position also supports participation in continuous quality improvement initiatives and contributes to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
