What You’ll Do Provide high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population in a busy Level II trauma center Manage a high acuity caseload of approximately 60,000 annual visits Collaborate with mid-level providers and hospitalist teams in a fast-paced environment Utilize clinical decision units for observation and disposition of patients Participate in quality improvement and trauma review initiatives Maintain compliance with hospital and state medical standards What You Need Required: Medical license in Alabama (or eligible) Board-certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM) Residency-trained in Emergency Medicine Strong clinical skills in high-acuity environments Preferred: 2+ years emergency department experience Ability to work effectively in a high-volume setting Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare facility in Dothan, AL, serving over 600,000 residents with comprehensive emergency and trauma services.
